@tehfear I think Raisin Bran has high fructose corn syrup, which is bad. Try grape nuts, or Kashi cereals. Look for cereals low in sugar and high in fiber and protein.

Thats way too much protein, the R.D.A. is like 65 grams and that per day! I appreciate you making these videos trying to help, but would guard against going against what the government deems appropriate and fill up on carbs and low fat foods.

Visually I’m not fat…rather skinny actually, however I do have noticeable belly fat and “love handles” (probably 5kg / 11 pounds) which really bothers me.
If I were too workout 4 days a week for muscle building, and have a bulking diet, would I Iose the belly fat at the same time?

Hey Jeff…I really don’t like tuna (or any fish for that matter) but I managed to eat with balsamic vinergar however i leraned that balsamic vinegar is high in sugars, i tried red wine vinegar but that’s not as good any ideas?
