JD salmon and tuna with mayo tastes like shit, you need to add something to give it flavor, I can’t eat that. But your chicken recipe looks good

@tehfear I think Raisin Bran has high fructose corn syrup, which is bad. Try grape nuts, or Kashi cereals. Look for cereals low in sugar and high in fiber and protein.

@MrAlofbag Keep in mind that he is explaining these diet plans assuming you are working out or you are active at least. However, if you are not even working out; these diet tips are helpful.

Jeff do you suggest that I should take protein supplements? or just get my proteins from my diet? thx!

Thats way too much protein, the R.D.A. is like 65 grams and that per day! I appreciate you making these videos trying to help, but would guard against going against what the government deems appropriate and fill up on carbs and low fat foods.

    Hey You’re the best dude!!!

    A question:
Visually I’m not fat…rather skinny actually, however I do have noticeable belly fat and “love handles” (probably 5kg / 11 pounds) which really bothers me.

If I were too workout 4 days a week for muscle building, and have a bulking diet, would I Iose the belly fat at the same time?

Hey Jeff…I really don’t like tuna (or any fish for that matter) but I managed to eat with balsamic vinergar however i leraned that balsamic vinegar is high in sugars, i tried red wine vinegar but that’s not as good any ideas?

PS: I admire what you do, you really are a people’s man even though you’re famous

You sure can! You can also go with turkey but make sure it’s low sodium Bores head. I usually do this with a banana or an apple for one of my snacks.
