@foreverguga I disagree with your professor’s sentiment. Ultimately it is calories in versus calories out. If you end the day in a deficit, you will theoretically lose fat.
However, to facilitate fat loss, it is best to have your dinner be the smallest meal of the day, IF you plan on going to sleep a relatively short time later. You don’t need a glut of food in your stomach will sleeping. Otherwise you risk indigestion, bloating, flatulence, fat gain..
@foreverguga if your professor is saying that, he is clearly a fucking retard. greg plitt is a great guy but a victim of the mass media just like every other lay person.
He does 10 minute ab workout because he is fit, BUT THE REAL SECRET is doing cardio. a 30 mint. cardio burns fat, this fat, a lot of times lays/rest on your stomach. You get the idea of what I’m trying to say here, right? To have bistable abs, you must remove the fat laying on your stomach. Simple, run after doing your routine at the gym and look like Greg Plitt in just months, weeks, or days. Is all depending on your dedication and concentration towards your goal. Good luck and THUMP UP!
I’m taking classes in manual therapy and remember a course about sports nutrition a few years ago. The professor said that at night, our body gets all its energy from the liver. All we need at night is stored in there. Anything that’s in your stomach will be stored as body fat. I’m not sure if that included proteins too though, guess not. I want to gain weight but not in terms of body fat.
I’m a bit ecto by nature so haven’t done any cardio for a month now. Cardio is anti anabolic, right?
@foreverguga Hey mate, very good question. It’s funny because its 3am here, and Im eating oats and protein as I read your question! :p If you are trying to build muscle, it’s more about not having too much in the way of carbs and calorie-rich foods which may store as body fat. Although having a shake, of say Casein Protein, which is slow-release, will slowly release while you sleep and keep you anabolic. Hope this clarifies at least part of your question.
@CDeeez94 Cutler isnt on roids…hahahaha. Thanks for giving me a good laugh. Seriously you need to open your eyes and not sleep walk through life so niavely…
Now I know that I should stop eating before I go to bed.
Is it oke to have another protein shake 1 hour before bed time?
Not sure if the whole “empty stomach concept” is based upon the volume of what’s in your stomach or upon the amount of calories in there.
Maybe it’s oke to have a protein shake, but not to have a big healthy meal?
@Laxking31
I agree if you say that he looks a lot better than guys like Jay Cutler and Ronny Coleman. But I don’t think you can get much bigger than him naturally, aty least not unless you have amazing genetics.
At least I’m happy to realize that my bodybuilding goal is achievable without using steroids. The extreme bodybuilders who do steroids often have a very disturbed view about beauty, kind of like anorexic girls
@CDeeez94 If you read what I wrote, you’ll see that I said that I realize steriods are only a tool in their regimine, that they dedicate their lives to get that big, time their meals, count their macronutrients, etc. But to say that Cutler, or Coleman, or Cormier or any pro bodybuilder doesn’t take steroids is ludacris. Arnold took them as did many bodybuilders from earlier eras and they didn’t come close to being as big as the pros of today. Let me know when you get over 260+ at 6% bf drug free
@wabashalwaysfights5 It pains me to see people like you talk shit about people who work hard. I already know about steroids and what they help you do. You’re just ignorant and you don’t know just how much effort and discipline you need to get to their level and I’m not arguing with you because you’re not going to change your mind. Whatever…
@CDeeez94 no….you idiot…you can’t get that big without gear, and that doesn’t mean that they don’t work hard. steroids don’t give you the perfect body overnight effort-free, you still have to bust your ass in the gym and eat right
@CDeeez94 No…you idiot…Cutler and all the other bodybuilders are not on gym candy, and it IS physically possible to get as big as they are without them, I DID look it up. You can’t prove something you can’t see or show and all it takes is a LOT of hard work…something you probably don’t know about…egh
@Laxking31
Cutler isn’t on roids? are you living under a rock? Every single professional bodybuilder outside of the natural leagues is on steroids and you can take that all the way to the bank, look it up.
It isn’t physically possible to get as big as Cutler without roids.
@Laxking31 That’s rediculous, Cutler isn’t on Roids and it just takes a lot of hard work and determination to get even bigger than Greg, but that’s not to say that Greg himself didn’t work hard…I know he worked hard for that body and that’s why I don’t condone any model or bodybuilder ’cause they all work out and work hard in different ways.
@deanriam I agree with you. I don’t know anybody who jokes like that UNLESS they are self-avowed homosexuals, or have some suppressed desreis that are now just surfacing. Either way it’s disguisting!
Now I love watching two attractive women go at it, but the thought of two dudes turns my stomach. Even somebody as handsome as Greg Plitt, who I think we all can agree, has a fantastic body.
What kind of supplements use Greg?
every time he moves his arms his bicepts tense up, there massive!

Taper your calories through out the day
@stealthxsin he is pretty hardcore considering he is an ex army ranger
@BodySpammer – your a right on the money. Plus a clean diet.

ROIDS…watch my latest video for PROOF of Polishmysac admitting his on roids!
how does greg plitt gain so much mass without having any body fat?
@canuckman87 and maybe a few cycles of prohormones lol jk
Greg Plitt is the man. I took something away from everything he said. My goal is to get my body to look like his.
@jaimeg123prmt cause was
