    @Airspeed24 Katrina is 11 & Sloane is 12 (but they were a year younger when this vid was filmed)

    @IACO101 We started really young – like 4 or 5 years old. Katrina got all of hers right away – Sloane got within a couple of weeks.

    it makes like 3 or 4 months that i work on doing all the kinds of splits but i can only do the middle split for now…..

    hey, i’ve been trying to get the splits for ages but something stops my thigh. do you guys know anything to make my thigh feel better when i go down ?
