We train 3 or 4 times per week. In terms of actual conditioning, we do one 3 hour session per week, although I personally do at least 30 minutes worth of conditioning (even if it’s just push ups or pull ups), every day.
i remember rusks, used to love those things. but now im in the us and we dont get those things here. We dont have much of parkour here either. damn it, i move to the wrong country.
besides, how long do u work out a day, and also do udo this every day?

@Alliance585 Start with a warm up! After that, find exercises which you find challenging, but which you can at least do a few reps of. This is really down to your own capabilities, so you may want to get a few ideas from this video, and adapt them to suit your own training requirements. @CP025129 We all have different diets, so I can’t speak for Dean or Dave, but I just try to eat a reasonably healthy diet with lots of fruit. Parkour practitioners tend not to develop a lot of muscle mass, but a more lean, defined physique. It’s just the result of performing the kind of movements generally encountered in parkour. A lot of the training we do (aside from the conditioning shown in this video), uses movements which require quick, explosive power.
@tyinykiller5 With more simple bodyweight exercises such as pull ups, push ups, squats, standing jumps, etc. As you get stronger, gradually increase the difficulty of the exercises to suit you.
You guys are exceptional athletes doing very hard routines. How have you maintained such lean upper bodies? I expected more chest and arm development from all this activity. Do you follow a particular diet?

@narallenhoppus Well, we’ve been training for about 6 years, but we didn’t do much conditioning at all for the first year or so.
