I have been working out since my age of 14 with no supplments.im 20 now.i started taking supplements since last week.should i continue using spplements?will body formed due to supplements last even if i stop using it?pls reply.

You mentioned arching your back – I disagree with that. Back must be straight to prevent injuries.
Wow this was truly inspiring! I’m 14 and love all your videos. I would love to meet you one day. I thought that the weight i was putting up was small for my age but its good to know that I’m able to the same amount of weight as the male a 8:40.

@conquererj at least she is better then those girls with no shape at all. come on man you’ve got to give it to her, in order to get that shape takes LOADS of hard work and discipline. when your out late at night drinking, she is at home sleeping. besides, girls with abit of muscle definition and density is kinda cute .

the question i have is that i will be starting Ramadan next week, where i will be fasting from sun up to sun down…how should i handle this?? i mean ive done this before but ive gained 15lbs of muscles since doing your workouts…dont want to lose to much!! what should i concentrate on eating dude?????
