    @AnThony7xD once a week on average but if u have tendons problems on ur arms u should do this workout once a month because it really flares up the tendons and later u wont be able 2 do any quads.

    Hey jeff, Thanks for posting these videos man. I love to climb (boulder), and i found that getting a large piece of pvc pipe drilling a hole all the way through adding a rope and attaching weight to the rope works awesome too. All you do is grip the pvc pipe like your olympic bar and roll back and forth, but you can add as much weight as you want. It’s Like your’re reeling in a fish.
