This is AWESOME! I was skinny in high school but kind of let myself go in college, and I always gain weight in my thighs. Thanks for helping me feel the burn! This, along with biking, is going to get me in shape pronto!

definitely the hardest 10 min of my day lol originally hoped to get toned legs from this vid instead i got toned legs AND a nice plump butt lol a 2 for1 girls u cant go wrong!!!! and ive only been doing this every other day for 2 weeks so far….
will these workouts SLIM down your thighs? like make them leaner, and reduce the measurement around your thighs? i don’t want them to bulk up.
also, how often and for how long should i do these workouts for me to start seeing results? (im a regular healthy weight person, just want to slim down thigh area)
