This guy is bang on the money. My workout sounds like what he’s saying. Here is mine (4 sets each, apart from calves which is a strip set):
Monday – Chest, bench press. Shoulders, shoulder press. Triceps, skullcrushers (all pushing movements)
Wednesday – Quads, leg press. Hamstrings, leg curl. Calves, calf raises
Friday – Lats, pull ups. Back, seated rows. Biceps, hammer curls. Forearms, forearm curls. (all pulling movements)
I used to do way more than this and didnt gain as much. Go figure
@baronto Rest is the key. When you’re resting, that is when your muscle is growing a repairing. Doing your your biceps something like 3 times a week is only working against your goal of gaining muscle. What you want to do is quickly blast the muscle and out the gym to repair with food and rest.
too many big words lol :L shit i so shouldn’t of got booted from p.e lmao
@kikochas well my friend there is no “correct” way for training…as long as it works for you and your goals, that should be ok. I do think that training biceps the day before back could reduce the intensity you put on your lat training…but that is just my opinion. Remember if it’s working for you, forget what everybody else reccomends. Have short term and long term goals for your development, this will help you keep track of your progress…
Are you crazy ??? ONCE A WEEK ?????
i do arms like twice a week
@damagicmaker13 can u send it to me i would really appreciate it
very nice video, simple and to the point!
@SnazzyitouchHacker98 i have a good arm workout routine, would you like me to send it to you? It helped me build alot of mass around my arms. And since you’re only 13 you have a better chance of building more muscle then others, so if you follow my rountine exactly. I guareentee you will love the way you look and feel.
lol 4 sets a week aint gonna cut it man
What should I do If ur a skinny 13 year old like me
What should I so If ur a skinny 13 yr old like me
@kikochas Don’t do that. Chest is already really tricep intensive, and back is really bicep intensive. Do chest and triceps / back and biceps. Otherwise that’s a decent intermediate workout routine.
@themightyjoseph he said to do max reps
How many lifts do I have to do a day and for how long until i can see change? Plase tell me someone?
@NazTheGreat
that’s what she said!!!
@Senefleder55 I think its better dividing your body in two sections working as following:
I really wanna do it correctly
chest + biceps
back + triceps
legs by itself
shoulder + trapecio
Thats how I train if somebody knows any better way please let me know
Gotta guide for a skinny 14 year old?
@Senefleder55 that work out is probly correct i would also train ur abs aswell though maby lower abs on your chest day and upper on your legs day
@hadi257 bro it’s simple. Doing compound exercises alone, will build mass for your arms. Bench=Triceps… Back Rows, Pull Ups,etc=Biceps. He’s saying you don’t have to go to the gym and do strictly isolation sets on your arms to build them. I know his program works because I’ve gained around 35pounds off it.
OMG look at his hands LOL they remind me of the hands of thet guy from the burger king commercial with the Burger and his hands were so small LOL
@hadi257 is, not are
But it is relevant, but he didn’t really show us much.
Notice that people that curl alot have arms that point inward plus, they can’t seem to let their arms relax and put them down.
your advice are totally not relevant to the title of this video
Hey man can you Please Mail me, nedd some help. Thanks.
@rockingraw21 NO COW MILK IS THE BEST VEGETARIAN THEREFORE IS THE APPROPRIATE DIET.
@si0paloma No….I get the impression that you are being pulled in two directions. YOU KNOW that the Vegancult diet is not a nutritionally complete diet…………..YET, you feel an obligation to toe the line and adhere to the Vegancult ideology. What is stunning is that so many people I talk with over the net follow your story line to a T, even when they start getting sick, glassy-eyed followers to say the least. I would take the mutt to the vet for a check up.
@si0paloma cannot right now
@tickyul I dont think I have been dogmatic in my discussion with you, yet you address me as though I have been. I have actually been thinking about including fish in my diet and I take krill oil, despite the cognitive dissonance I experience at the thought. Unfortunately, the only food that agrees with my dogs system is a high protein food. I have tried other types, but they all give her diarrhea, even grain-free varieties. I would feed her a homemade raw meat and organ diet but I simply
@si0paloma Notice how I have not personally attacked you, maybe you should take the cue. If your dog is eating a diet that is 80% protein it is far from natural, wild dogs would select valuable fatty organs to dine on first, richest in Vitamins and minerals. Why is it hard for people to understand and accept the fact that man needs certain nutrients in his diet to thrive, Vegancult diets fall short, better take artificial vitamins and minerals in place of the real thing.
omni diet. But we dont know who or why.
@tickyul You just have the tone of a condescending dick. That is why I am offended. B-12 deficiency is ENDEMIC among all eating styles. Granted, one is more likely to become deficient as a vegan, but that is not the point. Even my dogs 80% protein red meat food is fortified with a B-12 supplement. Blaming the diet gets us nowhere because physiological processes are involved that have nothing to do with what food is consumed. Sure, some people may not develop a deficiency if they stayed on an
@si0paloma And, if you are not a Vegan what I say obviously does not pertain to you, why get offended? I think my biggest gripe with members of the Vegancult is when they force their poor kids on this inadequate diet, this is abuse in my book. Go to Medline or Google Scholar and read some of the articles about Vegan deficiencies if you are open minded.
@si0paloma Really, a patch is the way man has obtained b-12 for how long….that is funny. Even if you have a problem with intrinsic factor, it would make sense that a good source would aid any deficiency. Veganculters may think they are eating the best diet….until all of those shortcomings start cropping up and their health goes to pot.
@tickyul Oh, and I really don’t appreciate the implication that I’m a “vegan cult” member. I don’t even call myself a vegan. In fact, I’m not fully vegan or dogmatic in any sense of the word. People do what works for them– great. This applies also to any children I may have. Health and happiness, in that order, are most important.
@tickyul Did you not see my answer, below? Also, be aware that many people find caps off-putting, even when used in a “non-discriminatory” fashion– they still seem confrontational. The truth is, it is very difficult for many people to absorb oral B-12, including from food sources. The most reliable way to get B-12 is via a shot or transdermal patch.
@tickyul I did answer, asshole.
@si0paloma You see I did not use the caps-lock indescriminitely like a lot of people, using them on the whole post. I used it on the area of the post to call attention to my question for you………NOW ANSWER IT, IF YOUR KID WANTED TO STRAY FROM THE VEGANCULT DIET AND EAT MEAT…..WOULD YOU STOP HIM/HER?????? Yes, there are omnivores who are deficient in B-12, but, their source is not a problem…….meat is one of the best sources of B-12.
@tickyul No need to use caps. What’s your problem? I’m not proselytizing and I’ve read extensively on the ins and outs of vegetarian nutrition. And the answer is YES in case you couldn’t read between the lines, if only for the fact that I don’t want to risk my child’s nutrition as an outlet for rebellion.
Newsflash: meat-eaters are B-12 deficient as well.
@si0paloma You are just repeating some internet nonsense, mans body is designed perfectly for the digestion of meat, the 20-25 ft small intestine does a great job with meat. Now answer the question, IF YOUR KID WAS BEING RAISED ON THE VEGETARIAN DIET AND SHE WANTED TO EAT MEAT WOULD YOU LET HIM/HER?????? Do you know that b12 and dietary cholesterol is very important for the development of a humans CNS, especially in the first five years, meat is the best source.
@tickyul Educate on why we don’t eat meat and then say, “Buy your own meat”… haha.
The fact of the matter is, meat is generally pretty difficult to digest. If you weren’t raised on it, your body would simply not be used to it and you’d likely get sick trying to eat it after years on a vegetarian diet. It’s also unnecessary to eat meat in order to be healthy. Lots of junk is packed in to animal tissues… highly concentrated source of pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, radiation, etc.
@si0paloma Well, if raising a kid Vegetarian they would not be eating meat, so I assume you are referring to eggs/dairy. I can see a kid being healthy on a Vegetarian diet, eggs are a great food. But, let me ask you, if you had raised your kid this way….but the child expressed a desire to eat a regular diet with meat, how would you respond? I do not feel guilty in stating that I feel raising a kid in the Vegancult is insane and not good for the kid, too much lacking in a Vegan diet.
I will never give up my delicious deep fried cat in spicy coconut sauce. Korea rocks.
I thought Woody was Pro POT! Now he’s pushing a healthy diet. Wait What?
@tickyul I probably would raise a child vegetarian as opposed to vegan, but I think i would be very selective about the animal products I included. Anyway, I agree that some people probably have turned to veganism for their disordered vegan, but this is not the mainstream reason. How many vegans have you actually met and spoken to?
@si0paloma Good for you on eating this way if it works for you. My main problem with Vegans if the parents who put their kids on this diet, I do not think it is adviseable. I also think many come to this diet looking for a solution to their disordered eating, I am not a big fruit eater, makes my teeth hurt, I prefer scrambled eggs with brains.
@tickyul I have to disagree. I do agree that people have a predisposition to enjoy sweets and fats, but some people when on a vegan diet feel that, since they aren’t consuming animal products, they can “get away” with eating lots of junk food. It’s simply not OK to eat tons of junk food on any diet. I have normalized on a vegan diet and enjoy a couple pieces of chocolate a day, but my sweet tooth is mostly satisfied by fresh, low-glycemic fruit.
@SpatialVortex What was so scarry about “going raw”, was it how crappy you felt on the diet? I mean, think how happy man was the first time he cooked his food “wow this tastes really yummy”, as he devoured roasted animal flesh.
hey spurlock …….Your shirt looks musty and dirty and your tshirt needs some bleach. Also shave the beard it isnt working
I also find it funny that so many vegan’s remarks I have read revolve around their craving/love of sweets. Man by nature has a predisposition for sweet and fatty foods, very good sources of energy. But, I think that Vegans go above and beyond with the sweets….fruit, cakes, snacks…etc, etc, to make up for the utter deprivations and nutritional shortcomings of their diet. If I eat a low fat/high carb diet I find myself wanting the same….sweets and other junk.
