Thanks Zuzana for all your hard work. i have learnt a lot from your videos. You inspire me to get up and get going. I saw “Up in the air” with George Clooney in it. yesterday i have been doing one of her workouts so today i have big muscle sores, i couldn’t sleep at night ;p
I like her vids, her body is really, REALLY awesome, i hope to have really nice butt this summer so tommorow when my body will be in better condition i will try this workout.

this guys an idiot…you dont hold your breath until you finish the rep you exhale as you press the weight up. especially if you get stuck.
you can’t build mass by bench pressing at 10 reps on the last set. less reps more weight
the reps are bullshit in this video it doesent have to be so complicated…
Shall I do this 5 exercises in a row? I mean 15 sets are a bit much, arent they!? Shall i do any other exercises between, like any belly exercises? and what pauses should i make?

@GGPvideos Common knowledge in the fitness industry is the most flawed bullshit in the universe. It will have you thinking you can get a six pack with an ab machine. And inducing muscular growth with barbell curls. An average male will burn at least 400 calories doing vigorous weight training for 45 minutes. This is not shit. It induces muscular growth and burns calories. That’s a big mac that just got burned off. Cardio is horse shit, intervals burn vastly more calories than any regular cardio.
