@Kitty8Tim ah i see. try this one sometime. 5 KB swings per arm, right into 5 KB snaches per arm, drop down and do renagade rows 5 per side. try that for 4 or 5 rounds with as little rest as needed between rounds.

@Ironman195422 You’re wise to use a ligher bell until your technique is good. All too often, guys especially think the heavier the better. It’s far more impressive if you can master both :) You will progress up the weights quickly. I remember using 8kg for all my presses, now i do most of them with 16kg, dropping to 12kg when i get tired. Keep up the good work :D

@Kitty8Tim, Wow, pretty impressive! I’m 55 a man, and used just a 9kg on your 500 rep workout divided in 1/2 (250), first getting the technique down right and I really felt it in the lower back and hips. It was great, working those muscles that conventional weight training doesn’t seem to hit quite as directly. I’m sure it won’t be but a few weeks before I move up to a heavier one. Thanks you guys.

@fredericl123 The last 2 weeks I’ve increased my cardio and weights, plus I did 5 of my partner’s kettlebell classes, so I’ve done a lot more lately. But then I was off work. Thing will slow down again now I’m back.

@MsMattie82 It hurts after a while, especially all those snatches, but my hands are toughening up to it :) Used to wear gloves, but think chalk is meant to be better, so you can develop your grip more.

@WellnessMafia It sure does. As soon as the sun is shinning, I’m out putting something together. Makes me more energetic :)
