    If i really wanted to workout in the morning i would, but i choose not to cuz i like working out in around 6pm. Im just used to doing it around that time. And for my motivation to go workout, i dont really have none anymore i think. To me, working out is part of my lifestyle and a hobbie…and i also wanna say that i think im kinda addicted to it. Once i started i never wanted to stop :)

    I find that if I work out at night the easier it is to make excuses, like I’m too tired. I like to work out in the morning because it makes me feel good about my day. I am a visual person, so I have pictures of what my goal is on the inside of my pantry doors. Makes me think twice. Great video!

    Could you possibly make sport-specific exercise series? I would like to make a personal request for Tennis. I’m a very experienced player who is currently held back from improving primarily due to not being physically strong enough. But I don’t know which muscles to build for the best results.

    Well good questions I don’t seem to have very many excuses to not workout as I Try and do 6 or 20 minutes of a workout if I got a really busy day or I’ll aim to finish my workout by 11am so ready for my day to rock n roll!

    I want to thank you, before I never bother stretching because it is boring and I find it lonely, but after I watched this video I started stretching more, when I wake up I stretch and watch your video while I’m doing it also in the evening after training :) it just feels like I’m stretching with you and that is awesome.     I would start with non-jumping jumping jacks … just use the same legs and arms movements of jumping jacks but walking the legs instead of jumping
